Frequently asked questions

Can I share a booth?

Yes! As long as both vendors apply and are approved, vendors may share a booth. Booth sharing is not allowed if only one vendor was approved and the other was not.

Can I bring a larger tent?

No. 10'x10' tents are the largest tent size vendors may bring.

What if I arrive late / early?

Vendors must arrive based on the time stated on their application / confirmation email. Failure to comply may result in longer wait-times for you and your fellow vendors.

Late arrivals: Must notify the event coordinator if they are running late. Repeated late arrivals may result in permanent dismissal from future events.

Early arrivals: Vendors must wait until the time listed on their application / confirmation email.

What happens if it rains?

All events will operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. If severe weather causes the event coordinator to cancel, they will notify vendors via social media and/or email. Vendors will receive a credit valid for one future event, usable within 12 months.

Can I request a specific spot?

No, spot requests are not allowed unless there are special circumstances. Vendors may email us at constellationeventsllc@gmail.com for an inquiry.

Do I need insurance?

While insurance is not required for most vendors, it is highly recommended. Food trucks / live-food vendors are required to carry insurance.

Can I sell items not listed on my application?

Vendors must list all items intended to be sold on their application. If you forget a few items, just let us know ahead of time.
